To reach the needed standards, we have implemented the customer's guidelines for quality control. This includes checking every single part for spots or other flaws. In some cases also polishing the surfaces.

Result: brass with chrome plating

The brass component is manufactured using hot forging. With tight tolerances of -0/+0,1, the die for the parts needs to be precise.

The surface is treated with chrome plating giving it a long-lasting exterior appearance.
